Shipping

How do I track my order?

You will get an email (or text if you signed up with a phone number) once your order ships. If you don’t receive this in a reasonable time frame please send us a message from our contact us page.

What is your turnaround time for orders?

All products are made to order and can take 2-4 weeks with processing and shipping. See our Shipping Page for more info. 

Due to COVID-19, sometimes we run into production delays and manufacturing shortages that are out of our control. If we foresee a delay in any product fulfillment we will reach out to the individuals affected via email and provide alternative solutions. We sincerely appreciate everyone's flexibility and understanding.

Where do you ship? 

Currently we ship to the US, New Zealand, Australia, UK, Europe, and Canada via Mybookgoddess.com

We are sorry for any inconvenience if we aren't able to accommodate shipping to your country. Please reach out to us at hello@mybookgoddess.com to recommend your country.

Where do your items ship from? 

Our business has three shipping locations in the US (North Carolina and California) and we also have a European parter for custom products and global shipping.

We partner with a printer partner to produce and ship directly to our customers. Because of this, items may come from different locations and shipped separately.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are able to be cancelled within 48 hours of placing your order. We work quickly to get your order in the works, so cancellations are unable to be made after 48 hours. 

If you need to adjust your order, please reach out to our team (hello@mybookgoddess.com) within 48 hours, so they can help edit your order.

Can you do a certain design on another product or custom order? 

Absolutely! With our pre-made order service, we can add a My Book Goddess design on any clothing item, pillow, mug, or sticker in any variety of colors. Additionally we can work with you to create a custom design just for you book lover! 

Please note, choosing a new style may increase the price of the item depending on the style and upgrade. Message us at hello@mybookgoddess.com and our designer will be in touch with next steps. 

I just received a clothing item and it smells like vinegar, why? 

This vinegar-like smell is totally harmless and will dissipate when the shirt is removed from the package and will completely disappear after a wash. The smell is due to the solution used to make the design 'stick' to the shirt via the DTG printing process.

I received my order, the colors look slightly different, why?

Due to the nature of direct to garment printing, slight hue/color variations may occur based on individual items and can appear different than the screen. This variation is not an error but a part of the unique “made to order” quality.

Please also note, that although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer, tablet or phone screen will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise

Help! My item arrived damaged.

We are so sorry to hear you received a broken/damaged item! It is such a bummer to get your order, only to realize something is broken. Although we do our very best to securely package all items, sometimes boxes have an extra rough transit.

Please reach out to our team (hello@mybookgoddess.com) so we can get a replacement out to you and/or we can go over replacement options. To expedite the process, please include a photo of the damaged item in your initial email.

I think my package was lost or stolen.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

If your package was marked as delivered by the mail carrier, but you have not received it, please make sure to double check that you have input the correct address in your initial order. If there is an error, your order is most likely on its way to us and we will ship it right back out to your correct address!

If your address and information are correct, please check with your local post office 15 days after the initial delivery, you will be able to file a missing mail search with USPS.If your package was stolen, please file a mail theft claim with USPS, as well as a complaint with your local police station.
