Shipping policy

To reduce inventory waste and offer the best quality and sizing, our products are customized and printed as ordered. Because each is made when you order, our order processing may be longer than you experience ordering on Amazon. Processing is a separate timeframe from the shipping selection you make at checkout.


Processing time

Items can take 1-2 weeks to process and be ready for shipment, no matter which shipping method is chosen. 

If you need your shirts for a special occasion we suggest allowing at least two weeks in case there are any delays. 


Estimated shipping time

Due to COVID-19, all major carriers are having delays so we are not able to guarantee the delivery time.

United States: 2-5 business days


Lost items

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost items.

We understand that sometimes things can get lost along the way.

If your package was marked as delivered by the mail carrier, but you have not received it, please make sure to double check that you have input the correct address in your initial order. If there is an error, your order is most likely on its way to us and we will ship it right back out to your correct address!

If your address and information are correct, please check with your local post office.15 days after the initial delivery, you will be able to file a missing mail search with USPS. 


Stolen packages 

Please note that we are not responsible for any stolen items.

If your package was stolen, please file a mail theft claim with USPS, as well as a complaint with your local police station.
