Returns 

All items are final sale. If you receive anything defective, in any way, please let us know and we will be glad to send a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving an item if you need to report problem.  

We do our very best to provide quality book lover products you will love. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@mybookgoddess.com within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution. 

 

Exchanges 

To reduce inventory waste and offer the best quality and sizing, our items are printed as ordered, we are not able to exchange sizes. 

Please check our size charts before placing your order. If you need any sizing advice, or need to change your shirt size after your order has been placed, please let us know within 48 hours. Our Team (hello@mybookgoddess.com) is always happy to help!

Please also note, that although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer, tablet or phone screen will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. 

Our customers are very important to us and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we are happy to help find a resolution. 

 

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Damaged item

We are so sorry to hear you received a broken/damaged item! It is such a bummer to get your order, only to realize something is broken. Although we do our very best to securely package all items, sometimes boxes have an extra rough transit. 

Please reach out to our team (hello@mybookgoddess.com) so we can get a replacement out to you and/or we can go over replacement options. Generally, this process would include the damaged item being sent back to our HQ. To expedite the process, please include a photo of the damaged item in your initial email.
